What you're booking

I teach you to use Claude and Claude Cowork yourself. You do every click. I don't write your book, manage your computer or build your website for you.

The introductory 20-minute chat is free. We'll discuss your goal, check your computer and agree whether the lessons are right for you. There's no obligation to buy.

Sessions and prices

Prices shown are in US dollars. Pound amounts are approximate. Your bank or payment service may use a different exchange rate or charge fees. Before you pay, I'll confirm the total price, any applicable taxes, session length, dates and what's included.

Your First Session includes one session. Sort My Digital Life includes three. Your Book, Taking Shape includes six. In the six-session package, we finish your book's structure, your first chapter and a weekly writing system. The package doesn't promise a completed manuscript.

Group dates, membership arrangements and guide contents will be confirmed before purchase. Check-in Club is advertised at $39 per month. You'll receive the renewal and cancellation details before you agree to a membership.

Software and your equipment

You provide your computer, internet connection and your own Claude Pro subscription. Claude's fees are separate. You control your account, files and permissions. We'll check equipment suitability during your free chat.

Refunds and changes

If you're not happy with your taster, tell me and I'll refund the taster fee. If you need to move a session, get in touch as soon as you can. Any other cancellation terms will be provided before you pay. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation rights that apply to an online purchase.

Your work stays yours

Your drafts, files and website accounts stay under your control. You decide what to save, share or publish. Check any AI suggestions before using them. Keep a backup before changing important files. Third-party materials and services remain subject to their own terms.

Gifts

You can ask about giving a session. We'll agree the recipient's needs, what's included and any conditions before you pay. Please check that they'd like the gift before sharing their personal details.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for how enquiries and website information are handled. I never ask for your passwords or take control of your computer. We can stop a session at any time.
